What's the difference between a Used and Refurbished listing?
We use 'Used' for machines that operate as-is. 'Refurbished' means the seller has serviced and restored the machine — typically with replaced wear parts and re-calibration.
Do I need to set the asking price upfront?
We recommend it, but it's optional. If you'd rather discuss pricing with serious buyers, leave it as 'Negotiable'.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 24 hours during business days. We may follow up if we need more photos or details before listing.
What happens if I want to withdraw my listing?
Just message us. We'll remove your machine from the marketplace immediately, no questions asked.
